Hello,
there's a ladder in this builduing almost outside Novodimitrovsk (105 010) that you can't get off if you're climbing it going down, at the bottom of the ladder the character can't get off.you can climb it from the bottom til the top and it's working fine.

Go inside the building till the top and try to get down from the esternal ladder, at the bottom you will to be able to get off the ladder.
