I joined the recent StressTest #16, went on the Server UK 06 joined the Server, i went to the factory building got chased by a Zombie, the Zombie clipped me trough the wall and i were stuck in it and he has beated me to death, the game said "You are dead", i then pressed escape, clicked on "Respawn" and left the Server a few secs after it and then it happened. Takeing a other Character has no effect it still appears.
