When your vehicle is damaged you can press on action 'Repair Vehicle' and then immediately hop inside. The vehicle will be repaired and you only needed 1 second to do that.
That's a bug many people abuse in multiplayer.

Action Menu: Repair vehicle -> get inside while animation is playing -> vehicle repaired without you having to wait for the animation to end
