I couldn't pick up any item by looking at it that was laying on the little boat on skalisty island. pressing tab and gettig closer to the item works. I tried with and without gun.

I couldn't pick up any item that was INSIDE the VAN car (the one that you can open from behind and have a lot of back space) with tab and by looking at it. The item seems to be too far and it doesn't pop up the name while i look at it.
