This bug has been in since Nexus. I've noticed it on several different servers. The player turns naked and his clothing and armor disappears and looks completely naked how ever for the said naked player he looks fine and has all his clothing on and doesn't notice until another player points it out to him. To fix this several servers have implemented a temporary fix in the UI to refresh the clothing. It's also completely random how ever I've noticed if you jump around in a vehicle you are more likely to get this bug. This bug makes you have no armor and thus getting 1 shot with most weapons.
