Steps To Reproduce
No special actions needed for left arm clipping through body, just hold Waterproof Bag in hands.
For heavy melee attack animation freeze: raise hands while holding Waterproof Bag, press W + LMB + Shift.

I have experienced a very similiar clipping issue with a fireplacekit (incl. wood) in the hand.
