When climbing a ladder on the outside of a large industrial chimney, the player character is correctly aligned when starting the climb. The ladder slopes inwards and the player character will gradually move away from the ladder and the chimney during the climb and will eventually be climbing in mid-air. This inevitability leads to a deadly fall upon reaching the end of the ladder.
