I was running with the izh rifle in hand and accidently pressed F11(suicide) while trying to screenshot but somehow managed to get out of the suicide animation and walk around (I think I just kept walking and I got out of the suicide animation, but I can't remember pressing anything specific, it was very fast). This made me unable to access inventory or hotbar, even though I was still walking with izh in hand and was able to raise the weapon, unfortunally I didn't try to shoot. To get out of this I had to press f1 to enter another animation then press f1 again to exit and this fixed it. I could not reproduce this, since everytime I ran after pressing f11 the animation would still play and my character would just slide on the ground while in his knees holding the rifle against his head, so it was an unsual bug.
