Description

My brother is receiving one of two errors when he tries to start up the game. This suddenly started happening despite him having over 1000 hours.

""Instruction at X referenced memory at 0x000000XX. The memory could not be read."
"bad module, DAYZ has stopped working"

At first this occurred when he was hitting "Play" but as of yesterday it crashes before he even reaches the main menu

Here are the things we have tried:
Full windows re-install
Full system wipe
Game re-install
Run as admin
Run directly from steam (right click - play)
Tried running on Windows 10, 8, and 7
