Terrain Editor is crashing every time I start the program.

This is the error: Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at 00E254FC

What I tried:

• Reinstalling A3 tools
• Verify files of A3
• Verify files of A3 tools
• Start as administrator
• recreate P drive
• re extracted game data
• used buldozer configurator
