Hello.

Thank you for the report. Could you please tell me what you were doing exactly when the crash occured?

Also DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED is a graphics driver issue that might occur when there is an update of the drivers available are your drivers up to date? Also reinstalling DirectX just in case might not be a bad idea.
