Campaign Mission reporting in, no dialog

Description

When reporting in to a person to activate the briefing for a mission there is no dialog. (For example when you finished Black Foot Down and you come back to Camp Maxwell and you move to the next mission on the list and report in to the guy near the armory there is no dialog.)

Should be fixed in the next update. YOu can test this in the Dev branch.
