Beacons / Lights can not be activated as Zeus

Description

Beacons, and therefore the emergency lights of emergency vehicles such as the ambulance or the Gendarmerie offroad, can not be activated while a Zeus is remote controlling a unit during a Zeus GM scenario.

Also you can't switch vehicle lights on or off by pressing L or other buttons while remote controlling

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start Arma 3
  2. Start any Zeus GM Mission as GM
  3. Place an ambulance / Gendarmerie vehicle with crew
  4. Remote control the vehicle
  5. Try scrolling for activating beacons / Try deactivating lights at night
Additional Information

Observed: There is no way to activate beacons / lights while remote controlling, but you can activate beacons on e.g. medical drones
