Pistols cannot be put in plate carrier holsters or chest holsters whilst they are mounting a flashlight on them, this has been the case for several patches. You also cannot put the Red-9 in plate carrier holsters or chest holsters until you remove the buttstock. You have to store the flashlight/stock separately to holster the pistol.

As Rule.303 has mentioned, pistols cannot be put into plate carriers or holsters with flashlights attached. This is a design choice, not a bug.
