Ok.

This might be a bigger issue then. Try to think back when the issue first occurred and what kind of changes happened before the issue appeared.

Also have you played Arma 3 before or this is a fresh install of the game?

well, I changed my pc so i changed my windows too, it was a 7 and now it is a 10. all of the drivers and softwares came installed.
