The issue occured at the first launch, I haven't seen the game yet, as soon as I click on play; this error message appears :

Here is the log file, I migh have a problem on my computer since I cant launch reshade either (for PUBG) because of a missing dll : api-ms-win-core-synch-l1-2-0.dll, also it's not the first time I'm having troubles with DLLs :

Thank you for the report. You need to re-install .NET Framework 4 with the latest available version (currently 4.7 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55167)
