Ghillie suit armor bug

Description

The full ghillie suits on NATO and AAF are broken. They don't provide any protection. It was different before, but now you can kill someone wearing a full ghillie suit with a pistol with one bullet when shooting their legs or arms.
I don't think thats supposed to happen.

Fixed. You can test it out in our Dev build. The fix should be in the next proper update.
