run Addon builder.

working fine on the same files yesterday but stopped to day. No error message. Normally, when I start Addon builder it starts with the same set up (source and output directories) as I was using last time. However, today it started up blank.
p3b files are produced in temp directory but are not copied over to destination. If I copy the manually, they don't work (error in pboproject).

I am not aware of any changes made to our Tools in the recent months. I suspect that it might have something to do with your specific files.
