i experienced this bug on a private server called Trumps Wall, i entered a house in solnichny, and tried to kill a guy with a rock, the guy killed me, but when i respawned i could still hear him and his friends conversation in solnichny, this went on for quite a while and over 2-4 deaths, then stopped when i exited the server.

So to re-cap i experienced map wide comms, from solnichny to berezino, kamyshovo, and nyshnoye.
