Stop eyewear 'None' in profile removing eyewear on mission start

Description

So for a long time (possibly since release?) eyewear has been entirely dependant on the user profile, when having it set as 'none' or as for AI default the eye/facewear is always removed even for example when trying to force it via Eden editor. If you export an arsenal loadout and put it on a unit's init then the eyewear stays as it changes the identity but on startup for a mission if you just VR arsenal in the editor then the eyewear will be removed based on the players settings.

The easiest way to remedy this is to just make the 'none' setting have no effect on mission start.
