Steps To Reproduce
Be in ArmA 3 server browser (ingame). Energy saving mode. Then wake up PC, try to connect to server (refresh server list before that), then game will freeze/crash.

The crash gives out 0x00000001 – UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI.
Try some of these possible solutions.
- Update the graphics card drivers to a newer version.
- Rollback the graphics card drivers to an older version.
- Check the temperature of your GPUs and CPUs.
- Disable the Steam Overlay.
