I found v3s with everything i mean tire and battery.. then i could start engine and ride the v3s without glow plug !!! and i was have glow plug it wont even attach on the v3s !

V3S dont need glow plug. Same as in real life, you dont neet glow plug to start and ride v3s. Second thing : Cars are now spawning fully completed with all items inside when they spawn first.

Hello mostafa1379 and thank you for the report.
V3S requires only battery and spark plug to start, glow plug is not required. The glow plug can be attached, however we are aware of an issue with the attached glow plug appearing in inventory area instead of the attachment area. This is going to be addressed in the 0.63 version.
