Fly a helicopter around on a multiplayer server, then try to do something important. Thats generally when it crashes. Very rare though.

Just in case the problem would get more often you might want to try some of these possible solutions:
Try restarting your computer and then verifying the integrity of the game cache for Arma 3.
- Restart your computer and launch Steam
- From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
- Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache. button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.
