Why is this a bug? Did you ever sit in a Bus that had stuff printed on the outside? If you look from the inside through the window it looks exactly like it does on the screenshot.
It would be a bug if it was not visible from the inside. I don't know of any one-way paintings that are 100% transparent from the backside.

What hvymtal means is that the IDAP text is shown wrongfully on the Civillian Ambulance, this one has a different pattern and lacks the IDAP letters on the outside but show them on the inside. Thanks! We'll look into this :-)
