APERS Mine Dispenser mines floating in the air [DEV BRANCH]

Description

The new APERS Mine Dispensers don't interact well with vehicles. When a mine hits vehicle, it remains floating in the air where it hit the vehicle, even when the vehicle moves. Expected behavior would be that the mine would either stick to the actual vehicle (and probably explode when the vehicle moves), or to bounce off.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Place a mine dispenser next to a vehicle (note that the spread of mines will deviate to the left as of 1.77.142584)
  2. Board the vehicle (Tested with Slammer UP)
  3. Touch off the bomb(s)
  4. Shortly after your vehicle is sprayed with bombs, drive away
  5. Lo and behold, floating mines

  1. Load the mission
  2. Drive forward in the tank, until the mines are dispensed
  3. Stop the tank, so that the mines land on your tank
  4. Drive on
  5. Lo and behold, floating mines
