Hello SEIZ and thank you for the report.
This is a normal behaviour that is caused by the lightning (as character looks towards the sky, trees may appear darker, especially if the character is looking in the direction of the sun). However, we are planning to tweak the system in the future to improve the overall experience.

This is the same case as with your first screenshot from the original report. The trees appear black due to you being in dark forest area and viewing the trees against the sky which is bright in comparison. This is how the character eye adaptation currently works, however, as I have mentioned, it is still going to be tweaked in the future stages of development.
