2.Try to loot.
3.no way to loot, but check pulse work.

Faced this situation twice. For the first time the character was sitting under a tree. The second time the person was standing next to a tree. Cut down the tree does not help.

Have you been trying to loot the character from various angles? As currently there are issues with the characters being lootable only from specific angles (for example, the character cannot be looted when you stand on its upper part but can be looted at its feet in soem cases).
