You replace old Rogovo with new Rogovo on start of 0.62 update, and then again replace new Rogovor with the old one.
So now we playing in old Rogovo.
Maybe it is bug where you was updating somehting on old map and upload on steam the old one or maybe you make it like this for some reason :)
