Hello there, I wanted to let you know that when riding for extended periods of time in the back seat of an Offroad Hatchback you can get stuck and unable to interact with the vehicle, leaving you unable to get out of the vehicle when it is stopped, and you have to completely relog.

Steps To Reproduce
- Enter Offroad Hatchback in the back seat.
- Have other players sit in the front.
- Drive for about 10-15 minutes (we went from the gas station by Solnichny to Komorovo)
- Have players in the front seat turn off and exit the vehicle (happens when vehicle is still on as well)
- Attempt to push up seat and then exit the vehicle (The seat will not move and you will not get out. The other players even pushed the seat up for me. It did not allow me to exit the vehicle until i logged off, and then when i logged back on immediately after I was right outside the passenger door as if nothing ever happened).
Additional Information
Happened on a server with around 40+ people on it (Private shard, Colony US-1). It was shortly after a server restart. We were able to reproduce this glitch driving back the other direction after picking up a friend.
Stable branch, before this week's hotfix patch.
I was able to get the scroll wheel menu to perform actions, the actions just wouldn't happen.
