So basically when you somehow crash with a car wheel model gets to "Ruin" condition, but when you inspect wheel inside of the vehicle it says that wheel is "Pristine" and becasue of that, you can continue to drive but if you crash again, you'll see that wheel model is still "ruined" as it was but the description for the condition says that it's finally "Ruined".
The same thing was also with Car and Truck battery.
