I'm unable to destroy the bus because it keeps saying "I'm too far away". I tried everything to get it to work but it was not working.

Steps To Reproduce
- Walk up to a bus
- Take the matchbox in hands
- Use the action "Destroy vehicle"
- Try running around the bus and in various positions
- Will result in the error "I'm too far away"
Additional Information
It was not only my bus because StarvingArt tried it on another bus and got the same result. His bus was flipped though and mine was stuck on rocks, maybe that had something to do with it.

The action area for the bus should be somewhere around the middle door area (you will probably have to be very close to the door). Can you try and let us know?

Which door would that be? You can get a bit in the bus on the center door but that didn't work as well.
Do I need to point in a specific direction? If so, which direction?

Hello IMT.
The activation area is right in the center of the bus. To activate the destruction action you will have to clip your character into the bus partially. Unfortunately we are not planning to make changes to the activation area as they would be too problematic and time consuming, considering that this is only temporary hotfix.
