Please upload a dxdiag file from your computer and a screenshot of your video settings to this ticket. Also if it is not an issue, can you try to turn off every single program running in the background including your antivirus software, delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder, start the game and let us know if the behaviour has improved? In case you are using any startup parameters, try removing them as they cause various issues within the game and are not officially supported by us. And do you experience this issue on both 64bit and 32bit executables and stable and experimental version?
