I found a Sedan past Elektro on UK-04 (1pp only). I travelled past Balota and turned north in Kamenka towards Pavlovo.

After exiting the vehicle and leaving it behind I looted the military base there, when entering Pavlovo town to look for food I noticed a severe frame drop (9fps in the counter). I killed a zombie laggy as it where and tried to pick apples after. While doing that the game crashed with a memory exception.

Unfortunately (out of habit) I closed the error message after the game forcefully exited.

Dxdiag and Localappdata folder attached though.
