I was in the zeleno clinic in the rain and caught a glimpse of a strange set of smoky looking beams. I took screenshots and moved around, thinking it was my gfx card overheating or something, but then I alt-tabbed out to show my friend, and it disappeared. Then, I went to the area in the field where the beams hit the ground and was able to catch them again. They persisted after an alt-tab and required me to be zoomed-in most of the time. I've included all the screenshots I took of the situation. Unfortunately I could not test further as I began taking fire (and it was very late at night)

Next time I login I will head over to the same area and attempt to reproduce, and update this thread.
