Geez,

I don't have an AppData folder under my name.. Where else would it be?

Hello Basy40.
The appdata folder is hidden by default, you will have to enable hidden files and folders in windows in case you do not have them enabled: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files.

Thank you Basy40.
Can you try to delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder (this one is different from the appdata folder) and let us know if this has any effect on the crash frequency?
Regards,
Geez

So the frequency of the crash has improved but it's still happening when leaving a server or when closing the game

Hello Basy40.
Thank you for letting us know. The crashes are scheduled for a fix, in case the crash frequency rises again in the future, try removing the dayz folder contents again.

Geez
