Player is bandaged and goes unconscious while he is bandaged because too low of a blood level I imagine. Followed up by that he can still move around but he only sees that he's unconscious.
I don't know if these are the steps to reproduce but I imagine.

I experienced this bug an hour ago when I was ending my stream, I only have the unconscious screen perspective but hopefully it helps.
