This might be related to the "disabled spawn" bug from post https://feedback.bistudio.com/T124852
Player's that are kicked (gamecrash/teamkilling /.....) are not handles correctly by the mission:
Player Icon remains on the map
Active AI of the player remains (sometimes)
Here after messing a bit around:
- Splix was kicked for teamkilling
- His "AI" remained
- Respawn was disabled when the tried to join the same slot.
