While roaming through the wilds of chenarus, just randomly running about I found some wolves and killed them - had no choice after I killed one seeing as they all came after me - after skinning one of them and picking up it's pelt, I got a case of slap hand - only while holding the pelt -

After this encounter I stumbled upon a village with a military base attached to it, I don't know the name of it, but I know it is one of the recently added/updated ones.
At the 6330 position.
I noticed I started to have severe rubber banding issues/desync I had a zombie on me, and killed it after a good minute of rubber banding once I got into the base I was trying to pick up a tan m60 jacket inside of a tent when i noticed I could not grab it all. Then I started to take damage from zombies, I could not move then when it all corrected itself for a brief moment I found myself below some netting surrounded by 5 mil zombies I attempted to run away but apparently my character could not move at all. Even though I was trying to lock myself inside of a container on my screen. - I was still taking damage from zombies - at this point I hear a gunshot go off about 200m away, I don't know if it was at me or not. When my legs finally break because of the zombies It all fixes and I snap back right infront of the zombies and promptly die. - 4k hp / 2k blood. - When I respawned, I had no desync at all until I was in kamyshovo and another player showed up.

I think I started to rubber band / desync because I had been traveling for hours on end without seeing another player at all and when one had finally gotten near me or within the games parameters to "sync" us both up together n all, causing atleast me to experience this.
