The new update has ruined my whole layout I had for flying and I now can't resize anything either I hope this as well as many other things get's changed in a hotfix soon :/

maybe he meant game layout menu.
like GPS. that could be change the size before.
after 1.70. GPS is absorbed by sidescreen, and it cause 'cannot' resize the GPS screen.

Ulairi has it right it's those items that you used to be able to right click and drag to change the size and now you can't do that
