I logged out in the middle room on the second level of triple blue, I am fully looted and am wondering if you can help me. For the time being, I can play on private servers, but I'd appreciate all the help I can get.

EDIT
Fixed, F3'ed into the wall, aimed the gun, swapped guns, turned quickly, and I clipped through.
