During one of my recent visits of the wonderful remade city of Chernogorsk i was surprised to find this police car spawned under one of the train's wagon.

I was during this discovery running the 0.61.138792 version of the game, on a private stable server.

This could be simply due to the recent extension of the train, and might be resolved by a slight translation of the spawn point,
