Bad sound controller data on custom terrain

Hi,
At first, I thought this is the terrainmaker's fault, but now I'm almost sure that it's a tool/engine related issue:

Usermade terrain/islands has inappropriate environment data (soundcontrollers), meaning that this awesome sound system implemented with EDEN update only enjoyable on the three official terrains (Tanoa, Stratis, Altis).

The problem is not in the used models config. I.e. tree models were set as trees, houses as houses, etc.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Go to any non-official terrain (Chernarus, Takistan etc) and either load this test mission by Kju or simply just fire a standard Arma 3 weapon that has environment-specific soundSets.
  1. You will get forest or "houses" related echoes and other sounds even when you are far from any tree or house. See album / video @ additional information.

As of recently, it seems that the issue only affects trees.

There can be random patches of very high "trees" value with nothing nearby. Also sometimes approaching a treeline lowers the respective value.
