The game runs at 40 fps at medium/high settings.... GOOD!!!!!
But If I rotate the camera, the fps go down and immediately go up... This thing can make me die especially when I fighting a zombie

Does this issue occur on both 32bit and 64bit executables? Have you tried using different video settings to see if it has any effect on the issue? And if possible, can you upload a dxdiag file from your computer for us? https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/instantanswers/b319762b-f281-41b4-b746-d14de804b246/open-and-run-dxdiag-exe.

I use the 64 bit executable and I tried with the 32 bit and also with different settings...
