Description

The deployment of static weapons in ArmA3 does not have a special animation, besides the deployment in Arma3 is not at the location of the backpack, that is first placed on the ground. the AI deployment will always be a not precise. the difference between the position of the backpack and mounted weapons can be > 2 m!

Thus, it is very difficult to predict in which place the weapon will be deployed. This seems not a big problem, only if the deployment of static weapon is necessary in an open field. But if the placement of such weapons is necessary in more narrow places (such as the corridor, the doorway, between the stones or behind the shelter, etc.), then problems arise

Dear BIS, If you can not make a normal animation for deployment, then at least make this deployment accurate.

  1. order to assistent drop your backpack
  2. order to gunner assimble your static weapon, after this the difference in the deployment position will be > 2 m!
