Many of the issues in the game will not be fixed immediately due to the fixes being dependent on systems which are not in place yet and are being worked on. Keep in mind that the game is in alpha state and that many of the things currently present in game are placeholders and will be reworked or replaced in the future. You can follow our status reports on the official site - https://dayz.com/blog for more information regarding to the development, some of the persistent issues and what do they depend on (for example, animation issues will be addressed once the new animation system is in place).
