The issue with certain body parts turning black is a known issue and it is scheduled for a fix. However, we have not confirmed the connection between this issue and killing of zombies.

Sorry for that but it happened me again last week. I kill a zombie and 0,01 sec after killing him i get black head. There must be something i think.
