Steps To Reproduce

1.My friend was riding car normal
2.Then they crash it, and ruin the battery
3.I cam with no battery and start the car
4..Car start teleporting and there is no way to fix it... restarting game or relog will no help

After 1 night (probably 1 or 2 restarts) car is working fine.. Sometime 0,01 m teleport but thats not a problem.. SO idk. I think issue was in car crash and restart fixed it
