Steps To Reproduce
Just run Arma 3 1.66 or 1.68 on Centos 7.
Additional Information
Tested both codecs and multiple quality settings nothing changes. Ports open. Using same settings/mods etc on Ubuntu test server von works.

I know this is quite stupid question but did you physically restart server? I had exactly the same issue after update to v1.68 and it fixed only after Linux restart.

I think I restarted for a patch in early April, I don't recall 100%. I moved away from hosting any games on Centos in late April.
