- shot an infected from a balcony in Svetlojarsk
- another infected run up the stairs to get me on balcony
- I walked backwards back in the building on to staircase to get a clean shoot (was not hit by infected)
- about half way on the stairs I have slid in to the mid section of staircase
- in like slow motion I started rolling down to other side of staircase and died mid way.

Hello Toma and thank you for the report.
What stance was the character in when the issue has occurred(prone, crouched, standing up)? And is it possible that the infected has pushed your character? As currently the infected push the characters while running towards them.

Hi Geez,
Character was standing up. I am quite sure that infected didn't push me unless it was some very delayed push, also I didn't hear any "impact" sound.
As I heard infected coming up the stairs I got ready to move so when he came running towards me I moved out of the way on to staircase. When I turned around Infected was still on the balcony and this is when I started walking backwards up the stairs rubbing the "handrail" trying to get aim on it. And this is when I went through stairs and died.
