This isn't a bug report or a feature request (which would consist of more than "Vybor spawn plserino") it is just you being salty because you don't take the time to learn the map.
Your "paragraph" makes no sense and isn't structured correctly. Also "online 3000 person"? That is "great" but I think the server performance would take a significant hit to sustain that amount of players on a single server.
I want you to know why a Vybor spawn would be game breaking for DayZ so I am going to show you this:
This map shows the old Vybor spawn and the surrounding Good to End Game gear spawns, notice how this basically a gold mine if you were to spawn here as a Fresh Spawn? Spawning players here would take kill the survival aspect of struggling to get geared and survive, reducing the tough decisions that the player would need to consider to survive.
But in all seriousness don't use this as your Salt Mine (as that doesn't help the development of the game )and maybe try to learn the game so you can survive; which doesn't necessarily mean KOS everyone you see but make better decisions based on how you survey a situation.
